In most cases your evaluation / estimate can be done within a day or two following your call - usually, work can be performed within 3 / 5 days after receiving a work order and completed within 1 day - we do not do evening calls / we need a life too...

Our usual previous work coverage area range was draining our reduced resources to the point of overbooking - a matter of "logistics management"...
We regret that we cannot offer our services to all previous locations at this time...
At some point during 2012 we feel confident we will again be adding back towns as warranted...

We are water control "specialists" and do not do what the "chain" / "dealers" do...

We do not try to "sell" you anything
We do not charge "stratospheric" prices
We do not use "big $$$ score" / "hard sell" commission salesmen and of course their "highly subjective testimonials" - we don't need them - our "objective" attestable record, 13 years with NO complaints and NO failures, speaks for itself - ask any "chain/dealer" how many complaints & failures they have had!!! (then check yourself for the "real" answer)
We do use "hands on tradesmen" for your evaluation / estimate - who would YOU consider to be more qualified (and honest) to evaluate your job, as to what you really need, a "commission based salesman" or a "lifetime tradesman"
A formal written proposal will be sent to you by Email, if you so choose, the same day as our visit for your consideration or acceptance - the content will be fully descriptive of the work to be performed and if accepted a copy will constitute the work order to specifically validate the work to be performed by AAA - we don't do verbal agreements regarding any aspect of any job - everything will be in writing - both parties on the same page from the get go...

FIELD ORDER - order received at the time of the estimate
WE will not push you to sign up on the spot as the "chain" / "dealerships" will do - should YOU decide to proceed with your job, at the time of the evaluation, we can write up a field order contingent on your acceptance of the work order (which is a signed Email proposal) - we can set up an installation date with a field order - in the case of a field order we would bring the actual work order with us when we come to do the job to be signed - we do no jobs without an accepted signed work order - if the work order is not exactly as agreed to or not acceptable, for any reason, you are under no obligation to proceed and your deposit check, which we will have with us, will be returned on the spot...
ask any chain/dealer to do that (don't hold your breath waiting)...

EVALUATIONS / ESTIMATES BY "TRADESMEN" NOT "SALESMEN
No "salesman" will show up - we use no "salesmen" - your job will be evaluated and estimated by a "tradesman" who has made his bones after many years in the construction trades, on the job hands on, not a "salesman" sitting in a cozy office office waiting for the phone to ring, manicuring his nails, memorizing glitzy sales brochures or attending power point sales seminars - the "tradesmen" who show up to do your evaluation will most likely be the same ones who will do your job - we all get dirty here, no prima donnas...
NOTE: All estimates are valid for 30 days from the estimate date - after 30 days ALL proposals, estimates and job field notes are automatically deleted from our files - if we have your email address you will be advised prior to deletion - if a second estimate is required for the same job, after deletion, there will be a second estimate charge regardless of location -

HOW ABOUT A "BALLPARK" ESTIMATE BY PHONE or EMAIL???
ASK ANY "CHAIN" / "DEALER" TO DO THAT!!!
Databases cover most towns within our work area - if we have your town within the system we can pull up your basement floor plan and photo of your property within 1 minute while we are on the phone - we can follow your observations and make a "general assessment" as to work required and approx. cost to correct - we don't have a crystal ball and sight unseen may not be exact but we will put you in the ballpark - each job has its own particular requirements and must be seen to be definitive - again, we are not a "one size fits all" failure prone operation - we fix what's broke...
EMAIL ESTIMATES:
If you are within our work areas a "ballpark" estimate can be done by Email if you do not wish to be contacted in person at the outset - we would need your name, street address, town, a description of your observations, type of basement walls (poured concrete, block or stone), are you in a wetlands area, topography, showing any above ground ledge, in a wetlands or flood zone, etc - if we have questions we will ask via Email - if YOU wish to discuss the issues by direct contact you call us...
There will be NO SALES PITCH - if you deem it to be a "sales pitch", at any point, you can "hang up your phone" or relegate us to your "spam folder" - we don't think you will - NO ONE HAS HUNG UP YET...
It is difficult to spend unlimited time on the phone with jobs that are not within our work area and never have any prospect of doing - for jobs out of our work area we suggest you Email us with your issues and we will respond with whatever (sight unseen) help we can offer...

WE DO NOT TRY TO SELL YOU ANYTHING - we will evaluate what you require and, if any, give you options and quote the best price we can - from there it is up to you - yes or no - we will NOT bug you daily with phone calls thereafter if you don't sign up on the spot as the "chain"/"dealerships" will do - we will however be available to you should you have any questions (you call us)...

1/3 deposit w/signed order - balance on completion...
Under CT law you have 3 days to cancel following your placing an order - that can be waived at your request if the job is to be done sooner - we extend that time frame to until we arrive to actually do the job even if beyond 3 days...
Your deposit check will not be deposited until after your job has been completed...
The deposit check is used only to position you for a confirmed installation date...
Courtesy billing - no deposit required for Associations / Property Managers only - balance due on billing...

AFTER THE TRAIN HAS LEFT THE STATION: Should you have need to call us AFTER one of these buried systems has been installed (and failed and you now find their "lifetime" / "forever guarantee" is worthless) we will give it our best shot and try to do a corrective procedure, however, it will be without warranty - not addressing the original path of least resistance, removing the floor off the support of the footings, extensive digging and burying pipe or ducts changes the "normal" underground water paths and we can no longer address the initial problem - it then becomes a "cross your fingers" issue - we extend NO WARRANTY on our work when it "follows" work by others or when "joined" with work by others - we warrant only initial work performed by us - that's one reason why we have NEVER HAD A FAILURE...
